This meditation and personal growth retreat will explore every aspect of starting and deepening your personal meditation practice. Both beginners and those more seasoned in their practice will benefit. You will participate in powerful group exercises and discussions on how to nurture personal, professional and spiritual growth in your life. There will also be plenty of time to play, rest, socialize, and enjoy the beautiful Montana surroundings.

Please contact Lisa Gilbert to make your reservation and arrange for your accommodation. Space is limited to 12 people. All meals are included - lodging and excursions must be paid separately!

Bring a notepad, clothing to do light exercises and your own yoga mat. (Mats are provided by advance request)
